White Band
White band introduces you to the basic functional patterns that our bodies do in everyday life. We 'fine tune' your body by checking on areas that may present itself with possible restrictions or dysfunctions, correcting and optimising your movements through a series of drills
Stage 1: Let's do a check up
In this stage we will take a series of posture and movement photos and videos, then analyse and give you a report on what our findings as well as what areas you could focus on in order to correct your body's alignment and movement patterns
